Broadfield Advises on the Management Buyout of Radiocoms Holdings Limited Backed by Private Equity House Total Capital Partners

21 April 2026

Broadfield has advised the shareholders and the management team of Radiocoms Holdings Limited (“Radiocoms”) on the management buyout led by CEO Mark Blythe and backed by Total Capital Partners (“Total Capital”), an independent private equity house.

The UK’s leading critical communications provider, Radiocoms, specialises in the design, engineering, deployment, and maintenance of highly resilient communications networks for clients in complex and mission-critical environments, including the defence, infrastructure, energy, and emergency services sectors. This investment marks a significant milestone for our client and positions them well to expand further, both organically and via acquisition, and to continue to deliver outstanding solutions.

Broadfield’s multidisciplinary team was led by corporate Partner Philip Lamb, supported by tax Partner Philip Alfandary, employment Partner Nick Le Riche, corporate Solicitor Gemma L’Esperance, and Trainee Solicitors Sarah Arifi and Helena Manfredi. Corporate finance advice was provided by Alvarez & Marsal, led by Andy Moody and Mike Craven, with whom we have had the pleasure of working very closely.

“We are delighted to have worked with Radiocoms on this milestone transaction. This investment will further strengthen their position in the critical communications sector and allow them to continue providing exceptional solutions for their customers. We wish them well on their future endeavours.”
