Zoe MacQueen

Zoe MacQueen is an Associate in the employment team, experienced in advising clients on employment cases in the Employment Tribunal and supporting them through all stages of a claim. Her expertise spans assisting clients to defend claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination, and contractual disputes.

She also regularly assists clients with a variety of day-to-day issues, including managing poor performance, advising on disciplinary, capability and grievance processes, conducting internal investigations, redundancy processes, and providing support during staff consultations. In addition, she supports clients in reviewing employment contracts and workplace policies to ensure they are fit for purpose and meet the relevant legislative requirements. She also advises on situations where clients may wish to hold protected conversations with staff and prepares settlement agreements where appropriate.

Zoe works with a range of clients including professional services firms, companies, charities, public bodies, and individuals.
