Victoria Moss is a Senior Associate in our Reading office, specialising in commercial real estate. She has a broad practice area, including acquisitions and disposals, property finance, and all landlord and tenant matters.
Victoria has extensive experience of acting for both landowners and developers on residential development sites, including conditional contracts, option agreements, auctions, and sub-sales. She also acts for developer clients in the specialist supported housing sector, and for both landlords and tenants on commercial, retail, and residential leases includes. During her career, she has acted on a variety of significant matters, including assisting with the £315 million takeover of a large luxury house builder. She also acted in connection with the disposal of a £6.3m multi let office park, and in connection with the acquisition and disposal of a £40m social housing portfolio.
Victoria is a member of the Law Society.
