Tim Middleton has dedicated his career to the practice of real estate law, and for over 20 years, he has developed expertise in legal services relating to residential property. He joined Broadfield in 2020, after 12 years leading and growing the largest dedicated residential property team at Hewitsons.
While he recognises the importance of successfully completing a transaction, Tim’s primary aim, which he imbues in his team, is the delivery of excellent client service. To achieve this, he focuses on identifying each client’s needs and drawing on his extensive expertise to guide them through the process to achieve their goal. Clients appreciate and value this approach from both Tim and his team.
