Sophie Peach

Sophie is a Solicitor in the charities team who advises a range of charity and not-for-profit clients on a variety of matters. Her expertise includes assisting in the establishment and structure of new charities, charity incorporations and conversions, charity transfers and mergers, governance issues, and regulatory compliance.

She has experience of advising on constitutional amendments, assisting with applications for societies to become Royal Charter bodies, undertaking a range of governance reviews for a number of charities, and advising on charity re-organisations. Sophie has also advised on the formation of new charities, which involves regular contact with the Charity Commission.

Sophie began her career with Broadfield as a Paralegal in the charities team, before starting her training contract with the firm and qualifying in 2024.
She is a member of the Law Society.
