Sabrina Akram works across the London and Cambridge corporate teams, specialising in all aspects of transactional corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. Her experience includes advising companies on incorporations, fundraisings, buyouts and acquisitions.
Being primarily based in Cambridge, Sabrina specifically advises clients in the technology and life sciences sectors. Her clients range from start-ups to large corporations with deal values in the range of £100,000 to £20m.
Sabrina is a recipient of the Law Society’s Diversity Access Scheme LPC scholarship and a is member of the Law Society.
