Philip Lamb

Philip Lamb has extensive experience of advising companies on a wide variety of matters. In particular, he has spent over 30 years offering his expertise on both public and private acquisitions and disposals, debt and equity funding, and joint ventures. He also offers specialist advice on initial public offerings and secondary fundraisings on AIM.

Philip works with a wide range of clients, including entrepreneurs, who value his advice on their equity and debt investments into early stage and high growth companies. He has a particular focus on the technology and biotech sectors, where clients appreciate his ability to process documents rapidly and to understand their commercial aims and risk appetite.
