Olivia Peake is a Legal Director and experienced litigator with a focus on public law litigation and regulatory disputes. She is advanced in challenging public body decisions and, having previously acted for a statutory healthcare regulator, she is particularly well-placed to advise regulators on the exercise of fitness to practise functions and protection of title regimes. Olivia’s background includes dealing with sensitive matters that generate high levels of public and media interest, disputes relating to environmental law and air pollution, commercial disputes, and costs recovery.
As an experienced Privy Council agent, Olivia has acted for appellants and respondents in appeals from jurisdictions including Bermuda, the BVI, the Bahamas, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Grenada, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Olivia has been recognised as “an excellent lawyer” in Legal 500. She is a member of both the Law Society and the London Solicitors Litigation Association.
