Mireille Dagger is involved in a broad range of domestic and international M&A work, including share and asset acquisitions and disposals, corporate finance, and investment work. She also advises on day-to-day corporate matters including group reorganisations, management buy-in/outs, and joint ventures. As a member of the firm’s M&A e-commerce aggregator team, she has acted for both Amazon aggregators and brands.
She has worked with clients across a variety of sectors, including beauty, media and entertainment, and hospitality. Her track record includes advising a US entity on the acquisition of a UK based music business for £40 million, assisting a UK-based football club with the acquisition of a player from another UK-based club, and acting for an Amazon aggregator on its acquisition of an e-commerce business within the beauty sector.
Mireille is a member of the Law Society and she is on the Executive Board of the British Beauty Council.
