Kate is an experienced charity lawyer, advising charities and not-for-profits from inception, through compliance and regulatory concerns, to their winding up or merger. Her areas of expertise include offering guidance on constitutional and governance matters, fundraising, and grant making. She also advises individuals in their philanthropic aspirations.
Kate has worked with a wide range of clients including internationally franchised charities, independent schools, and social enterprises working in areas from the arts to impact investment.
