Felicity Leedham-Turner advises on land acquisition and development, encompassing mixed use developments, site assembly, and compulsory acquisitions, including plot sale schemes and intra-group transfers for developers. She also delivers real estate legal advice for major infrastructure schemes including projects relating to the energy sector. Her specialist expertise spans acting on acquisitions and disposals of investment property, landlord and tenant lettings and acquisitions, and disposals and lettings for the renewables sector.
Felicity works with a variety of public and private sector clients, and has experience with local authority governance, strategic planning law and environmental law for real estate development. Her track record includes the acquisition of a £15 million mixed use investment property, and providing legal advice relating to a £12.3 million development of a leisure centre in Surrey.
Felicity is a member of both the UK Environmental Law Association and the Commercial Real Estate Legal Association.
