Duncan Walker is a Partner in our corporate and commercial team, specialising in corporate transactions and business contracts. He offers clients expert advice on sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, fundraisings (debt and equity), shareholder matters, share schemes, and commercial contracts.
Duncan works with clients of all sizes and from a wide range of commercial sectors. In particular, he has developed his expertise in the software, high tech manufacturing, biotech, and biomedtech sectors, and in international transactions. He has an impressive track record of advising on a variety of matters, including Owlstone Medical’s $27 million series E fundraising, an asset acquisition across the south of England in the construction sector, the acquisition of a fixed base operator in the private aviation sector, and the acquisition of a commercial property investment asset via an offshore vehicle.
Duncan is a member of the Law Society.
