Dennis Ko

Dennis Ko works with clients on both commercial and residential real estate projects, with a particular focus on the development of prime central London real estate. His expertise spans all areas of real estate development, from site assembly to development funding, and eventual disposal.

Dennis works with a wide variety of clients including property companies, developers, and high net worth individuals, including a number of overseas clients. These clients value his personal touch and deep understanding of their business needs. His previous projects include acting for an ultra-high net worth client on the £23 million acquisition of a multi-tenanted office building in west London and advising on the redevelopment of the building, and acting for an ultra-high net worth client on the acquisition and redevelopment of two residential-led mixed used sites in Norfolk and Kent with over 200 apartments.

Dennis is a member of the Law Society.
