Alice Balcombe

Alice Balcombe is an experienced Legal Director specialising in the financial proceedings of divorce and negotiating a financial settlement. Her expertise also extends to pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, advising unmarried couples on family matters, advising separated parents in resolving the arrangements for the care of their children, parental responsibility, specific issues orders, applications to remove the child from the jurisdiction permanently, and abduction.

Alice has advised a wide variety of clients, including high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals in the financial services industry. Her work involves substantial assets, complex financial structures and business interests, as well as an overseas element.
