8 October 2025 (London) – Broadfield, a rapidly growing international law firm with offices in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Hong Kong, announces three Partner appointments in London: Dr David Ramm as Corporate Partner, James Duncan as Private Equity and Funds Partner, and Paul Cole as Real Estate Partner. The appointments deepen Broadfield’s UK capabilities across corporate transactions, private equity and funds, financial regulation and governance, and complex real estate.
“These additions reflect the caliber and breadth of the platform we are building in London and across the globe. David, James, and Paul bring decades of experience advising on high-value transactions, fund and regulatory matters, and large-scale real estate projects. Their arrival strengthens our ability to support clients through the full business cycle, from formation and financing to growth, dispute readiness, and exit.”
