Wai Har Lam specialises in dealing with commercial and property related matters. She has a particular interest in property development and, having owned her own firm in the past, she is driven by her clients’ needs.
Wai has extensive experience of acting on behalf of overseas clients and has played a prominent role in a number of significant projects. Her track record includes acting for a Chinese Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI) on the £26m purchase of a company owning a residential building in south London. She has also acted for other Chinese UHNWIs on the purchase of a £10m mixed used building in north London and the purchase of a £7.5m industrial estate in Greater London.
She is a member of both the Law Society and the Law Society of Hong Kong, and she is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese.
