She is recognised for her ability to scale mid-market businesses, integrate acquisitions, and deliver economy of scale savings that drive long-term EBITDA growth.

Prior to joining Broadfield, Vicki held senior executive roles at Sapphire Systems and NTT DATA Business Solutions, where she led global delivery teams and spearheaded strategic initiatives that enhanced performance across functions and geographies.

Vicki has consistently excelled in high-growth environments, executing complex integrations and building scalable operations that unlock enterprise value.
