Tristan Ward

Tristan Ward leads the firm’s landed estates and agriculture team. Alongside 14 years of experience as a farmer, he has spent over 25 years as a property Solicitor. This diverse experience enables him to offer unparalleled practical knowledge and advice on matters relating to the sale, purchase, and management of rural and agricultural property. He is also known as one of London’s leading advisors in the residential property market.

Tristan is described in Chambers HNW 2024 as “in a class of his own in terms of technicality and ability to deal with very complex transactions.” He was also nominated by Chambers and Partners for the Residential Property Lawyer of the Year award in 2018.

Tristan is a member of the Law Society, the Agricultural Law Association, the National Farmers Union, the Country Landowners and Business Association, and the United Kingdom Environmental Law Association.
