Trevor Bradley is a commercial litigator who focuses on resolving complex business disputes efficiently. His practice encompasses commercial contractual disputes, as well as fraud, unfair trade practices, competition, breach of fiduciary duty, and intellectual property claims. Trevor also has extensive experience conducting investigations and litigating employee restrictive covenant and product liability disputes.
He works with a diverse client base—from Fortune 500 corporations to entrepreneurial ventures—guiding them through litigation strategies, risk management, and regulatory concerns. His background includes litigating issues through trial and appeal.
Trevor earned his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he served on the Law Review and the Moot Court Honor Society. Before joining Broadfield, he practiced at an AM Law 200 firm, where he was a member of the firm’s business litigation, IP, and manufacturing teams. He has provided insights on various legal topics, including the evolving landscape of non-compete regulation, having contributed articles to publications such as Bloomberg Law, Law360, and the New York Law Journal.
