Tim Hayes provides comprehensive employment and immigration advice, from settlement agreements and workplace disputes to employment contracts, unfair dismissal, and litigation through the Employment Tribunals.
He was previously a Presenting Officer with the UK Border Agency, helping the UK government to defend immigration, asylum, deportation, and bail decisions. This substantial experience enables him to handle all aspects of both business and personal immigration. Described in Legal 500 as “so calm and very knowledgeable,” he advises companies on the immigration aspects of employment such as applying for sponsor licences, preventing illegal working, helping companies recruit overseas personnel, overseeing entry clearance applications, and helping clients on compliance visits. He also advises individuals on family visas, citizenship, and other visa categories such as Global Talent and UK Ancestry.
Tim is a member of both the Law Society and the Immigration Law Practitioners Association.
