About
Tim Clark is an experienced litigation practitioner and the head of the Reading office, whose work covers a broad range of matters. He acts in all divisions of the High Court, and has a wealth of experience in international and domestic arbitration, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution including mediation.
With particular expertise in the IT sector, he has acted on behalf of software vendors, distributors, systems integrators, resellers, and customers. He also has a particular interest in company law matters including directors’ duties, shareholder disputes including unfair prejudice petitions, derivative claims, warranty claims, and disputes involving family companies.
Tim is recommended in the Ninth Edition of The Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom and the Best Lawyers Business Edition for Litigation in London. He is praised in the Chambers 2025 legal guide for his “enormous expertise and knowledge.” He is a member of both the Law Society and the Society for Computers and Law.
