He has significant experience negotiating funding and development agreements, as well as promotion agreements, collaboration arrangements, and construction documentation.
Tim’s practice spans a wide range of industries, including major retail, leisure, healthcare and office developments, funds, and borrowers, as well as developers and contractors. His track record includes acting for a strategic land fund in negotiating and exchanging option agreements with multiple landowners for a major residential scheme in the south-east of England comprising a site of over 1500 acres.
