Tarnia Bleasdale is an Associate in the litigation department, who has earned the respect of clients whilst acting on a broad range of contentious matters including commercial, property, and public law litigation. She also has substantial knowledge of group claims, professional negligence disputes, and insolvency litigation.
During her career, Tarnia has acted for a wide range of clients, ranging from corporate businesses to high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), and groups of claimants. Her track record includes acting for joint liquidators of a company in a c.£2 million claim against former directors, and a HNWI in a c.£4.5 million claim for negligent tax advice by a firm of accountants. She also acted for a group of 350 claimants against a firm of solicitors for negligent conveyancing advice.
She is a member of the Law Society.
