Syeda Malik is a Senior Associate in Broadfield’s London office, working as part of the Private Real Estate team. She provides expert residential property and lease extension/enfranchisement advice to a variety of clients, including HNW clients and substantial private freeholders/landlords and housing associations.
She specialises in lease extensions (both under the statutory procedure or outside of the legislation i.e. voluntary lease extensions), as well as all aspects of residential property – purchases, sales, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. Syeda is known to ALEP (the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners). Clients value her commercial advice and communication skills, as well as organised and strategic approach to matters which lead to successful and valuable conclusions to transactions.
Syeda is a member of the Law Society.
