About

Sophie Warner is a Solicitor in the litigation department, having recently completed her training contract with the firm. During her traineeship she undertook seats in the litigation, real estate, corporate and planning, infrastructure, and public law teams.

Her litigation experience includes working on a variety of commercial and construction litigation matters, personal injury and product liability claims, and will and trust disputes. She has also dealt with contentious public and regulatory issues, and group claims.

She is currently on secondment to the Ministry of Defence, acting as Solicitor to the Inquiry and Assistant to the Inspector for the Iraq Fatality Investigations. Here, she is assisting with investigations into the deaths of Radhi Nama and Mousa Ali following their detention at a British military base in Iraq, as well as an investigation arising out of the death of Ahmed Jabbar Kareem Ali.
