Sinéad Lester heads the firm’s commercial litigation team, drawing on her vast experience in leading large and complex High Court cases, often with an international element. She has advised on a range of disputes including complex contractual claims, partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, shareholder claims, director duties claims, supplier and contractor agreements, and derivative claims.
Sinéad has also contributed to a number of high profile inquests and public inquiries, including acting for St John Ambulance in the Hillsborough Inquests. She also acted for a Core Participant in the Covid-19 Inquiry and for witnesses from Post Office Executive team in the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry. She was awarded the Freedom of the City of London for her work as Solicitor to the Fishmongers’ Hall Inquests.
Sinéad is a member of the Law Society, The Commercial Litigation Association, The London Solicitors Litigation Association, and the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.
