About

Simon Burson is a highly experienced lawyer who set up and now leads the firm’s Cambridge office, managing a number of teams to ensure client work is resourced appropriately and delivered cost-effectively.

Simon specialises in commercial real estate, with a focus on institutional clients and occupiers. He has extensive experience acting for retailers and leisure operators, managing a portfolio of more than 100 retail units nationally, and acting for high end operators in Central London and regional centres. He also acts for clients negotiating complex turnover provisions. His team has a track record of dealing with a broad range of investment transactions, including sales and purchases of single assets, multi-tenanted estates, and portfolios in respect of properties located both nationally and regionally.
