Sean Kelly is a Partner at the firm’s Southampton office, specialising in all aspects of corporate finance law, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, debt financing, and management incentivisation. With particular expertise in the travel, retail, transport, maritime, and technology sectors, Sean’s experience spans acting for buyers, sellers, management teams, private equity houses, investor, banks and other funders.
Previously, Sean was Managing Partner of Lamport Bassitt, which merged with Broadfield in 2015.
Sean’s expertise has been recognised with a recommendation in the Ninth Edition of The Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom and the Best Lawyers Business Edition for Corporate Finance Law in Southampton. He is a member of the Law Society.
