Sarah supports institutional investors, management teams, founders and portfolio companies to navigate each stage of the investment life cycle – from initial investment to exit and everything in between.
Sarah has extensive expertise across primary and secondary buyouts, working across verticals but with a particular focus on rapidly scaling, technology-driven businesses. She has in-depth proficiency in advising portfolio companies on buy and build strategies, mergers, disposals, growth capital, refinancing arrangements and management incentivisation – ensuring continuity and a deep understanding of business objectives beyond the deal itself.
Sarah also acts on early stage investments, supporting both investors (particularly through venture capital trusts) and the investee companies.
