Sarah Potter

Sarah Potter is an experienced lawyer with a diverse practice covering every aspect of commercial property, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters (including conditional pre-let agreements), property management, and property finance. She also advises on development matters for both landowners and national and individual developers, including option agreements, sub-sales, conditional contracts, promotion, and collaboration agreements. In addition, she acts for developers in relation to the disposal of affordable housing to registered providers.

Sarah’s track record includes exchanging on the acquisition of an office park for £7 million within 7 hours of receiving papers, and subsequent funding. She also contributed to the acquisition of a development site in phases for over 500 units to include overage and step in rights, and acted for a major utility provider across their entire portfolio of assets.

Sarah is a member of both the Law Society and the Reading Real Estate Foundation.
