Sarah Luckett has 20 years of experience at Broadfield, where she qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive.

Her experience includes leading a dedicated client group in the firm, which acted for a large number of key developer clients from local to larger regional house builders. The team advised on all types of transactional work, including part exchanges, chain breaks, and government led schemes, such as Help to Buy and First Homes.

Sarah is now responsible for setting up development sites, including advising on freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and mixed use sites. This includes drafting documentation to suit client business requirements and development-specific characteristics.
