Sarah Godfrey

Sarah Godfrey has 19 years+ of experience in all fields of commercial property law. She specialises in granting and taking leases of a wide range of commercial and mixed-use property and in buying and selling investment properties.

Sarah has acted for housing associations and private investors in the management of large commercial and mixed-use portfolios, and also acts for landlords granting telecommunications leases and other Code Agreements. She has a record of working with established corporates on investment and development deals, as well as individuals, charities, entrepreneurs, and companies on bespoke property transactions. Her background also includes acting on a number of redevelopment and infrastructure projects. In addition, she has experience of overseeing the property elements of corporate share purchases, sales, and flotations, including co-ordinating the property aspects of a £120 million share purchase of a restaurant chain.

Sarah is a member of the Law Society.
