Sarah Clark has extensive experience of supporting numerous public and private sector clients to secure special consents for railway, highway, energy, flood defence, and other major projects. Her expertise spans drafting legislative instruments, public inquiries, securing compulsory purchase powers, drafting and negotiating agreements, and advising on planning, environmental, and heritage issues. With an interest in public law, she also advises public bodies on various legal matters.

Sarah’s track record includes advising Transport for London on major projects such as the £30 billion plans for Crossrail 2. She also acted for National Grid in its Hinkley Point C Grid Connection Development Consent application, and advised Able Humber Ports Limited on its planned Able Marine Energy Park.

Sarah is dual qualified in Scots and English law and regularly speaks at industry conferences. She is a member of the Law Society, the National Infrastructure Planning Association, and the Rail 100 Breakfast Club.
