Sajjad Khan has significant experience of working with companies in the creative industry including architects, product designers, interior designers, brand agencies, PR firms, and software companies. He is recognised for his expertise in intellectual property rights including copyright, trademarks, design rights, and commercial contracts.
His expertise span over a variety of projects, including advising a high profile international architectural practice in relation to its intellectual property rights, and advising product designers on both intellectual property matters and their commercial dealings with manufacturers and suppliers. He has also acted on behalf of a number of clients in relation to trademarks and design rights opposition proceedings.
Sajjad is a member of the Law Society.
