Sadie Talbot specialises in residential property including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and probate sales. She has spent 15 years working in residential property, and has extensive knowledge and experience of new builds, including Help to Buy, shared ownership, and property portfolios.
Sadie has thorough knowledge of the Southampton area and the local property market, and she has developed excellent relationships with local estate agents, solicitors, and other parties involved in transactions. Her track record includes acting on the purchase of a £7 million property to include agricultural land, 40 acres, and transfers of part. She also acted on a purchase for a landlocked property with no rights of way, which involved creating a Deed of Easement to allow legal access.
Sadie is a Fellow Member of CILEX and a member of the Southampton Property Association.
