Ryan Lynch has over 15 years of experience acting for clients involved in commercial disputes, often involving multiple jurisdictions. He acts for a wide range of clients, from high-net-worth individuals to listed companies.

Ryan acts for clients in both court claims and arbitrations. He has considerable trial experience in complex and hard-fought commercial disputes.  His work also includes advising on settlement strategies and representing clients in mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Ryan also advises clients on business risk and compliance, principally focused on fraud and bribery issues. He is a solicitor advocate, with Higher Rights of Audience, allowing him to represent clients at all levels of the civil courts of England and Wales.
