Ryan Lynch has 10 years+ of experience as a Solicitor in matters of commercial disputes, often involving multiple jurisdictions. His experience spans alleged breaches of contract, negligence, shareholder claims, civil fraud, and breaches of directors’ duties. Ryan particularly specialises in reputation management and defamation, acting for both publishers and publishees on pre-publication issues, injunctions, and High Court defamation proceedings.

Ryan has acted for a wide range of clients, from high-net-worth individuals to publicly listed companies. He advises clients on business risk and compliance, principally focused on anti-bribery and corruption issues, and has undertaken corporate investigations, including in relation to cyber fraud.
