Ross Fletcher

Ross Fletcher is an Associate in the corporate team at the firm’s Cambridge office. He assists with all areas of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate governance, and related commercial contracts.

He provides expert advice spanning the full corporate lifecycle, from incorporation through to maturity and his clients include businesses of all sizes, from small start-up ventures to national groups, covering a variety of industry sectors. To meet his clients’ needs, Ross works with specialists from a range of Broadfield teams, such as real estate, tax, and employment, as well as external financial advisors and counsel. This approach, described by one client as “ruthlessly efficient,” ensures the smooth progression of every transaction from initial instructions through to completion.
