Robyn Rumble

Robyn Rumble is a highly experienced member of our real estate team. She has expert knowledge of drafting and negotiating agreements for lease, leases and licences, sale contracts, corporate support, the negotiation of asset purchase and sale purchase agreements, and completing title investigation and property due diligence.

Robyn acts for a variety of landlord and tenant clients, including retailers and institutional landlords, in all aspects of lettings and portfolio management. She has also acted for many clients in the acquisition and sale of commercial freehold and leasehold properties, and for both lender and borrower in financing commercial premises and supporting corporate acquisitions and disposals. Her track record includes assisting with the disposal of a takeaway restaurant portfolio with over 70 premises as part of a share sale, and acting for an institutional landlord on the management of their UK-wide portfolio.

Robyn is a member of the Law Society.
