Rebecca Swift

Rebecca Swift is a Solicitor in the employment team in Broadfield’s Reading office, working on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Her experience includes defending claims in the employment tribunal, redundancy and employee consultation, drafting employment contracts, staff handbooks, settlement agreements and supporting corporate transactions with employment due diligence.

During her training contract, Rebecca gained a broad experience in employment related matters through seats in employment and corporate.

Rebecca is a member of the Law Society.
