Prabjoth Kaur Virk (Pj) is currently in her third trainee seat in our Employment department, assisting both companies and individuals on a wide range of employment issues such as settlements and defending claims. During her training, Prabjoth has gained experience advising on business and personal immigration matters, and she also spent time in our real estate new build team. Here she assisted in all aspects of development set up, particularly advising on residential development using her knowledge of market trends.
As part of her training contract, Prabjoth completed a six-month secondment with a multinational oil and gas company, researching and advising on regulations that govern low-carbon and carbon capture technologies in the EU and US.
Prabjoth is a qualified pharmacist, so alongside being a member of The Law Society, she is also a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council.
