Philippa Ede’s broad practice covers all aspects of commercial property. She acts for a variety of clients on a wide range of issues, including acquisitions and disposals, development and property finance, landlord and tenant matters, and portfolio management.
With a broad and varied client base, she has acted on numerous matters, including acting for a high-end jewellery company in respect of the assignment of the lease of their Mayfair offices with a reverse premium of £1.9m and their lease of alternative space. She also represented a technology company in respect of their lease of premises in Holborn, and she was a member of a team acting for a shopping centre operator on the purchase of two shopping centres for £82m and £68m respectively.
Philippa is a member of the Law Society.
