Philip Rowe acts on a wide range of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, portfolio management, and property finance. He has extensive knowledge gained working with clients in a variety of sectors including retail, offices, industrial, energy, telecommunications, leisure, and hospitality. In particular, he specialises in rights of light and neighbourly matters.
He acts on behalf of a broad range of clients including both institutional and private investors, landlords, property developers, charities, and housing associations, as well as tenants in various industries. His experience includes advising an overseas investor on the acquisition of a large regional supermarket, advising an institutional landlord on the development of a new art gallery in central London, and advising a charity on the development of a new museum. He also acted for a medical supply company on the property aspects of the provision of hospital services.
Philip is a member of the Law Society.
