Philip Alfandary is a highly experienced corporate tax specialist, providing advice on a full range of business taxes to a wide variety of clients. As a Corporate Tax Partner at Broadfield, he has advised corporate clients, funds, SMEs, high-net-worth individuals, and property developers.

He has an extensive track record, which includes advising on the £127 million sale of a major national newspaper group, and acting on a group reorganisation involving the buy-out of investors in a business of over 200 petrol service station forecourts.

Recognising Philip’s expertise, Chambers UK legal directory described him as ‘prized for his knowledge of corporate acquisitions and VAT and SDLT matters’. He is a member of both the Law Society’s VAT and Duties sub-committee, and its Stamp Taxes Practitioner Group.
