Peter J. Sacripanti

Peter J. Sacripanti serves as Counsel for Strategic Projects at Broadfield, advising on firm growth, innovation, and the integration of global legal talent. A highly regarded lawyer and business executive, Peter brings more than four decades of leadership experience at the intersection of law, strategy, and enterprise.

Peter has spent much of his career advising general counsel and chief executives on high-stakes litigation, governance, and existential risks to their organizations. He has represented some of the nation’s largest companies in major litigation, including ExxonMobil Corporation, Honeywell, Siemens, Apple, and Montefiore Health System, in matters in which his appearances are part of the public record.

Formerly, Peter served as Global Chairman of McDermott Will and Emery, one of the world’s leading law firms, where he oversaw significant expansion and guided clients through complex litigation, regulatory, and corporate matters. Within Alvarez & Marsal, Peter is Chairman of Alvarez & Marsal Private Wealth Partners and Managing Director of its Private Wealth Division, leading multidisciplinary teams that serve entrepreneurs, family offices, ultra-high-net-worth families, and their advisors.

He also leads Nomos FIT, an interim-lawyer agency that provides seasoned project and secondment talent to companies and law firms with speed and flexibility. Peter also heads LSS Strategic Partners, advising private-capital sponsors and operating companies on strategic transactions, governance, and risk.

Peter is seconded to Broadfield through Nomos FIT.  At Broadfield, Peter focuses on building innovative, client-centered solutions to complex legal challenges, combining top-tier talent, business insight, and operational efficiency to advance the firm’s objective of redefining how sophisticated legal services are delivered globally.
