Paul Cole

Paul Cole is a Partner in the Real Estate department. He joined the firm in 2025 having previously spent a number of years working at a top tier UK real estate law firm, as well as spending time working overseas in Singapore where he worked in the real estate team of one of the Big Four accountancy firms.

Paul has experience in acting for a wide range of domestic and overseas clients including private developers and investors, public and private funds, corporate occupiers, and local and central government public bodies, in relation to all aspects of their real estate portfolios.

His expertise includes investment transactions, development projects, and landlord and tenant matters. Paul has significant experience in working across a number of sectors including offices, commercial and logistics, the ‘living’ sector (including PBSA and build-to-rent), and mixed use developments.
