Omega has acted for both private and public sector clients on all aspects of non-contentious construction law, including-the drafting, negotiation and review of construction documents, as part of commercial transactions. Her experience also includes acting for landlords and tenants on the fit-out works at their properties, developers on the development of hotel sites and retails spaces, as well as advising investment funds on re-development works across their portfolios. Omega has also advised corporate purchasers purchasing entities with significant real estate assets.
