Olivia Mulvany is experienced in drafting, negotiating and advising on both business to business and business to consumer contracts across a variety of industries including technology development and procurement, healthcare, life sciences, media and entertainment, telecoms, hospitality, and equestrian. In particular, she advises on the cross-border commercial agreements required for clinical trials. She also has extensive data protection compliance expertise, which extends to assisting the implementation of policies and procedures, and advising on and drafting bespoke agreements to govern complex international transfers of personal data.
Olivia’s clients include businesses, charities, and public bodies. She has negotiated and advised on a £120 million outsourcing of clinical services from a large private hospital chain, including all commercial and data protection aspects. She also experience of advising on the data protection compliance of Development Consent Order applications, including creating DCO-specific privacy policies.
