Oliver Wright is a commercial litigation Partner specialising in contentious public law, with extensive experience in judicial review and other public law actions. He is also involved in heavyweight commercial litigation, media, and reputation management.

Oliver’s clients include ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) businesspeople, politicians, medical and law enforcement professionals, and companies in the hospitality, real estate, transportation, and tech industries. He is also recognised for his work with politicians, trade unions, and the police. His high profile cases include acting for a luxury watch dealer to recover stock taken by the National Crime Agency, advising a Police and Crime Commissioner in respect of an IOPC investigation and subsequent public law matters, and advising a former senior member of the government of a Gulf state and his family in respect of an application for committal proceedings in the Court of Appeal.
