Oliver Pegg

Oliver Pegg is a Solicitor in the Private Equity & Funds Team. He specialises in all aspects of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment life cycles (including private company buyouts, buy and build strategy and institutional exits), company restructures and general corporate governance. Oliver supports institutional investors, management teams, founders and portfolio companies.

Oliver actively engages in professional networking throughout the Thames Valley region and maintains a strong professional presence.
